We invite you to join us in our “going green” efforts to reduce the impact on the environment and save money in the process.
How it WorksInventory your returnable cartridges and complete the "Return Request Form". A few days later you will receive a prepaid return label and a box that can be used to return the products to our recycling center.
ImportantWe only collect and recycle original OEM laser toner and inkjet cartridges.
The cartridges being returned must have: no visible damage or dents, no missing parts or components, no cracks or holes in or on the casing and no deep scratches in or on the casing.
To ensure response, please be very careful to provide complete and accurate information.

How can I refer a friend?
If you want to refer a new client to us, simply have your friend let us know that they were referred by you when they place their order.

How can I use my JB Bucks?
You can check your JB Bucks earned any time by calling or emailing us. You will be able to use your credit the next time that you order with us.
You will receive JB Bucks only when the introduced person/company places and completes their first order. Only the referrer receives the indicated credit.
If the new client has been referred previously by another person, only the first referrer will receive the JB Bucks.
You will be emailed a confirmation about your referral.
JB Bucks cannot be redeemed as cash to the client; it can only be used by the client to pay for the purchased items at JB Graphics Inc.
